- Connection Problems: Persistent audio/video issues that prevented session completion
- Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- Service Not Delivered: You paid but couldn't access the session
- Accidental Purchase: Duplicate or unintended purchase (within 24 hours)
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Dissatisfaction with insights or guidance provided
- Change of mind after session completion
- Unused minutes from monthly subscription
- Sessions that were successfully completed
- Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase
- Violation of Terms of Service
Refund Timeframes
- •Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
- •Review Time: We review all requests within 2-3 business days
- •Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- •Bank Processing: Allow 3-5 additional business days for funds to appear in your account
One-Time Session Refunds
For 10-minute ($9.99) and 20-minute ($17.99) sessions:
- Full Refund: If technical issues prevented the session from starting
- Partial Refund: If session was interrupted due to technical issues (prorated based on time used)
- No Refund: If session completed successfully, regardless of satisfaction
Monthly Subscription Refunds
For Monthly Clarity Plan ($29.99/month):
- First Month: Full refund available if requested within 48 hours and no minutes used
- Subsequent Months: Prorated refund based on unused minutes (if technical issues occurred)
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; no refund for current billing period
- Unused Minutes: Do not roll over and are not refundable upon cancellation
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Gather Information
Before submitting a request, have ready:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Date and time of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
Step 2: Submit Request
Contact us via:

- Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
- Include: All information from Step 1
Step 3: Wait for Review
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email with our decision and next steps.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
- Account Credit: In some cases, we may offer account credit as an alternative
Partial Refunds
If a session was partially completed due to technical issues, we calculate partial refunds as follows:
Formula:
Refund Amount = (Total Paid) × (Minutes Unused / Total Minutes Purchased)
Example:
20-minute session ($17.99) interrupted after 8 minutes:
Refund = $17.99 × (12 / 20) = $10.79
Chargebacks
Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
- We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly
- Most issues can be resolved faster through direct contact
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
Free Preview Sessions
Free preview sessions (45 seconds) are not eligible for refunds as they are complimentary. No payment is required or processed for preview sessions.
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your monthly subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Billing settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until then.
Exceptions and Special Cases
We evaluate each refund request individually. In exceptional circumstances, we may approve refunds outside these guidelines at our discretion.
Factors we consider include:
- Account history and standing
- Nature and severity of the issue
- Previous refund requests
- Evidence provided
